To assure a maximum aromatic expression, we start with a natural alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures. In oak barrels, the wine experiments a spontaneous malolactic fermentation and it is naturally clarified.

This Cabernet Franc offers a bright purplish red color with purple hints. During the tasting, it has a great varietal expression with red and black fruit along with asparagus and subtle notes of grilled red bell peppers, recalling tobacco and cocoa. Its structure and liveness stand out.

Deep red purplish color, bright with violet hues. On the nose we can find a strong mineral profile typical of the vineyard, as well as other typical notes of the varietal: plum and fresh red fruit; it is complemented with a slight spicy note provided by the native flora in the zone. In the mouth, its freshness and kind tannins stand out. It is a complex and balanced wine with a persistent final.

Single Vineyard Owen Chardonnay
The manual harvest was carried out in three different stages in order to increase the aromatic complexity of the wine. Then, a double cluster selection was carried out. In the winery, a pre fermentation maceration at low temperature was done. The fermentation was done using indigenous yeasts, 50% of the must in French oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel tanks. The malolactic fermentation was done in barrels, then batonnage works were performed to keep the lees in suspension and gain volume and weight in the mouth. This wine has different components to preserve the freshness and bring unctuousness and complexity.

Bright yellow, clean with greenish hues. On the nose we can find white and citric fruit. It offers subtle vanilla notes provided by the time spent in French oak barrels. In the mouth we can perceive an excellent natural acidity. It is a creamy and fresh wine, complex and balanced.
