Malbec
Once the grapes were harvested, a thorough double grape and berry selection process was carried out. After a careful destemming, the pre fermentation cold maceration was done during 7 to 10 days (-5 °C/23 °F) and a complete maceration between 45 and 80 days. The fermentation is done with indigenous yeasts and the malolactic fermentation is spontaneous once the wine is in oak barrels.

Deep red color with purplish hues. On the nose we can find red and black fruit aromas, such as plum and blueberries. In addition, violet notes stand out, along with chocolate and coffee notes provided by the oak barrels. In the mouth, it is a wine with great character and freshness. It is an elegant and vivacious wine, yet very captivating.
