Winemaking: A careful selection process of the best grapes and berries is performed. As it is small vines identified, all wine is made under microvinification in 500 liters bins. Fermentation is done with indigenous yeasts with the whole grain at a temperature of between 25-27 °C. Then 100% malolactic fermentation completed in barrels.
